China Securities Regulatory Commission Hainan Office officially accepted the application for the IPO (Initial Public Offering) of Hainan ZOSE Cultural Communication Stock CO., LTD which was guided by the Sealand Securities Co., Ltd on July 1, 2011. This meant ZOSE Cultural Communication Stock CO., LTD formally entered the pre-listing tutoring period.
