Haikou’s first IMAX cinema --- Haikou ZOSE International Cinema began to hang IMAX screen on Dec.11th, 2013 which marks the completion of the entire cinema. It plans to welcome its first visitors around Dec. 20. And the HaiKou''s first IMAX hall will reveal its mysterious veil soon.

It is reported that Haikou ZOSE International Cinema IMAX Hall adopted IMAX’s high brightness metal screen with the width of 23 meters and height of 13 meters. It has been identified as the largest screen of Hainan province and the third largest IMAX screen of China, and the auditorium can accommodate 469 spectators. Moreover, it will become another high level cultural and recreational contribution to Hainan International Tourism Island.

Due to the Special metallic ingredients of the IMAX screen, it can''''t be folded. Therefore, a large team of 50 people carried the 23 meters'' long screen to the second floor with carefulness under the guidance of IMAX Australian technician, and then divided into two rows to pull it to the top of the frame structure. Eventually the 800 kg screen was successfully hung in the IMAX hall.

The ZOSE Group is developing in the direction of cinema industry.  At present, the ZOSE group has a cinema in Danzhou, and the Haikou ZOSE International Cinema will be completed soon, the SanYa ZOSE International Cinema is under redecorating today, and location of the Qionghai ZOSE Cinema also has been settled down.
