The Closing Ceremony of the 1st Arts Festival of Hainan Province was held at Hainan Provincial Theater on September 29th, 2012. The Member of Provincial Committee and Director of Propaganda Department, Xu Jun, the Deputy Chairman of Provincial People''''s Political Consultative Conference, Zhang Haiguo, the Deputy Secretary of Provincial Government, Wang Yangjun and the Director of Provincial Culture & Sports Hall, Fan Xiaojun attended the closing ceremony.
