The 2013 New Year Concert which was jointly sponsored by Tianjin Multiple Government Corporation and Communication Office and Hainan Business performed at Hainan Provincial Theater on Dec.28th,2012. The Austrian Strauss philharmonic orchestra brought the Hainan People a music feast. The Provincial Governor Luo Baoming, the Chairman of the CPPCC Yu Xun, the Standing Committee of Provincial Committee and Minister of Organizational Breau Sun Xinyang, Deputy Director of the Finance and Economy Committee of the National People''s Congress Wei Liucheng watched the performance.
