
On the morning of January 6, 2026, to enhance employees' legal awareness, standardize business operations, and help the enterprise improve risk management awareness and capabilities, the Legal Department of the Group, jointly with Hainan Waijing Law Firm, successfully held a legal lecture themed "Advertising Compliance and Copyright Risk Management" in the group meeting room. A total of 150 participants, including heads of all units and departments of the group as well as operation partners of official WeChat accounts, attended the training both online and offline.
The lecture was delivered by Lin Hongzhi, a partner of Hainan Waijing Law Firm, focusing on two core themes: advertising compliance and copyright risk management. Based on the Advertising Law and vivid, easy-to-understand cases, Lawyer Lin put forward preventive strategies for irregular practices such as "absolute terms" and "data fraud". Besides, centering on three major scenarios—film and television materials, advertising music, and promotional copy—he defined ownership rights, analyzed the boundaries of fair use, and dissected infringement determination standards and legal liabilities by citing cases like false advertisements in cinemas. During the interactive session, participants raised questions regarding the authorization of advertising materials, infringement prevention, and contract review, which Lawyer Lin answered one by one, sparking a lively on-site discussion.
This training not only filled the gap in employees' knowledge of compliance but also provided guidance for business operations. The Legal Department of the Group stated that it will continue to deepen compliance training in the future, and promote the integration of compliance into business through case studies and other forms to ensure the steady development of the enterprise.
