On September 28, 2019, the inaugural meeting of the Youth Entrepreneurs Federation of the Hainan Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce was held in Haikou. The meeting elected the members of the Standing Committee of the Youth Entrepreneurs Federation of the Hainan Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce and the leading group and the Secretary-General and Deputy Secretary-General. Qin Chen, general manager of Hainan District of Inspur Group, was elected as the chairman of the Youth Entrepreneurs Federation of the Hainan Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, Liu Yang, was elected as the vice- chairman of the Youth Entrepreneurs Federation of the Hainan Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce.

Guo Quanmao, deputy director of the United Front Work Department of the Hainan Provincial Party Committee and secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, attended and made an important speech. Wang Sheng, Xu Feng, the full-time vice chairman of the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, and Huang Lang, secretary-general of the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, attended the meeting.

The conference issued an initiative to young entrepreneurs in Hainan Province, calling on the young entrepreneurs to recognize the situation, to make progress and to participate in the free trade and entrepreneurship of private enterprises in the province.
